In this article I’ll be featuring five daily quick tools that should make your day to day task a little less tedious and a lot more fun.

i.e. here I am choosing a 3 X 3 grid.

Result I can conveniently open a text editor, document and folder in a equally sophisticated space.

1(B). Color Picker :- if you are a web designer and struggle with color codes and sometimes stumble upon some really cool shades and want to extract it .

5. WSL 2 :- Windows Subsystem Linux :- There are more than 3000 reasons to love Linux but still some hardware and inevitable limitations we stick to windows but Microsoft itself took care of this now we have a futuristic yet simple bridge called windows subsystem for linux.

WSL2 is a genuinely lightweight virtual machine based on Microsoft’s hardware virtualization service Hyper-V.

so if emulating linux is so easy why use VM’s then ???

fossbytes.com covered this as :-

Why Choose a Virtual Machine?

  • You require all the power and features of Linux.
  • For the Larger scale, Production level works.
  • GUI (Graphical User interface)
  • Graphical or Network-intensive workloads.

When to choose WSL/WSL2?

  • For using basic Linux commands.
  • You have less powerful hardware.
  • You need memory/storage efficiency.
  • When you need faster I/O.
  • Don’t want to deal with the hassle of installation/management/overheads of a VM.

Coming back to base if you need a Django or Node Environment or a sleek terminal on your own windows.

install WSL and Fluent terminal so you can access alike environment I have below where I demonstrated some basic commands :-

Setting up WSL2.

Download Fluent terminal.
